Arrival & departure
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm, check-out between 8:00 am and 10:00 am.
As booking and access are handled online, a later arrival is also possible.
How does the key handover work?
An access code opens the shared building, where your key awaits you in the key box. The villa is then opened via the terrace door.
Late arrivals are possible thanks to the self-service system.
Where can I park?
A car park is located next to the accommodations. Two charging points for electric vehicles are available.
Capacity & guests
How many people can a villa accommodate?
The maximum capacity is stated for each villa and must not be exceeded: 2-bedroom villas accommodate 4 people over 71 m², 4-bedroom villas 8 people over 140 m².
Two 3-bedroom villas accommodate 6 people.
Are children welcome?
Yes, children of all ages are welcome and remain the responsibility of their parents. The minimum age for check-in registration is 18.
House rules
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in the villas.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodations and shared areas. Only outdoor spaces are permitted.
Are there rules regarding noise and parties?
Parties and events are not allowed. From 10:00 pm, all outdoor music is prohibited.
How does the security deposit work?
For stays of 2 to 6 nights, the deposit is taken by credit card; from 7 nights onward, a payment link is sent to you before arrival.
The amount of the deposit varies depending on the booking.
Is waste sorting mandatory?
Yes. Waste sorting (PMC packaging, green waste, residual waste) is required; a penalty of €100 applies in case of non-compliance.
What payment methods are accepted?
Cash payments are not accepted.
Amenities
How does the jacuzzi work?
Each villa has a private jacuzzi, automatically set between 37 and 38 °C. Please replace the cover after use.
Is there a wood stove?
Yes. A pack of firewood is provided; an extra pack is available for €15 via a QR code.
Is a barbecue available?
The two shared barbecue spots are generally allowed, depending on weather conditions. They are only prohibited in cases of severe drought and fire risk; this ban is then indicated on site. An electric plancha grill is also available.
Is linen provided?
Beds are made upon your arrival and towels are provided. A cleaning kit (dish soap, sponge, dishwasher tablets) is also made available.
How do I adjust the heating?
The villas are equipped with an adjustable reversible air conditioning unit. Please switch it off when you leave.
